Hello Yogis and Foodies!
Please join us for the perfect FREE Weekly Saturday morning Yoga flow followed by the most amazing brunch at Pharm Table. Class will be led by Liz Herrera of Zen, Sweat and Cheers or one of her fellow yoga teachers.
This class is a Vinyasa style yoga also known as flow or breath to movement. Think of it as a moving meditation. Breath work is incorporated to help relieve stress, create internal energy and to increase focus. Getting up and down on the mat is required however multiple layers and modifications will be offered making it a beginner friendly class.
What to bring? Your mat, your appetite and of course your mask. This will be a socially distanced class so space is limited. We look forward to having you.
Pharm Table has an amazing menu of delicious and healthy food please join us after your yoga session.
This is an outdoor class, to enjoy the warmth of the sun with the cool San Antonio spring breeze.
