First Spring Event of 2026

Hi all, sorry I've been MIA!
Does anyone want to have a sit at Woodbine beach?!
The event will take about 1.5-2 hours. We practice for 40 minutes and then go for a walk along the beach.
Please bring a mat/blanket to sit on and warm clothes. Weather forecast looks like it'll be around 5-10 degrees.
If anyone needs a ride to Woodbine, I can pick you up at Queen and Bay or Union station and Bay around 7AM. I have 4 seats available. I'd like us to sit at the far east side of Woodbine.
We'll begin with a 20 minute breathwork session followed by a 15 minute meditation. For the breathwork, I'll play a youtube video by Breathe with Sandy on a speaker for everyone to follow along (https://youtu.be/xwoQJe1e9m0?si=HCfaZvz7n0xlW3XU) and provide additional instructions that aren't in the video. I find that breathwork is much better done on an empty stomach, so I'd recommend that if you do eat, eat at least 2-3 hours before arriving.
After our group breathwork session, we'll have an open discussion on spirituality.
What's been on my mind is how feeling and embodiment are foundational to spirituality, and that learning to notice and discern the language of our bodies is part of the path towards wholeness. Practices are a way to discern and attune to the language of our bodies.
