Monthly Agile Coaching Dojo - Dojo Format

During this meeting, we will be practicing our agile coaching, dojo-style, with members taking turns role playing with other members in various agile coaching / change agent scenarios.

We have a list of scenarios that are available to use at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QZ57eIuWQ3ekyk_KUm8BpTdCOd8STpPdL7gVXjQjg3Y/edit?usp=sharing, or you can offer your own scenario that you want to work through.

This is intended as a safe space where people of all skill levels, beginners and experts alike, can learn and grow without fear of criticism or negative impacts - after all, this is just practice. Participate in the scenarios however you feel comfortable - there are roles for coaches, coachees, and observers.
