Abstract: This presentation will discuss how startups and other companies are using patents and intellectual property law to protect Quantum Computing inventions.

Bio: Professor, Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. Thomas Plunkett is one of the founders of the Harrisburg/Philadelphia Quantum Computing Meetup. He is interested in Patents, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain. Previously, he practiced intellectual property law in San Francisco, representing small startups and large international corporations.
