What book would you recommend for H&WR?

From Hell, the #1 comic to convince people that graphic fiction can be great literature. It's a complete alternate history of the Jack the Ripper killings, with digressions about cyclical time, Freemasonry, the timelessness of murder, and Victorian class struggle. And it has endnotes!

What's your favorite book?

Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut

What book do you love but you're afraid to admit it?

The World's Most Famous Ghosts by Daniel Cohen. Somehow it's traveled around with me for almost the last 25 years. It's not that good, but I've gotten an immense amount of enjoyment out of it.

I'm a huge reader, absolutely addicted to my Kindle. I read a lot more non-fiction than fiction, especially politics, history, and theoretical science. I read comics, too, but only the fancy ones with literary aspirations.
