Founded in 1921, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey builds, operates, and maintains many of the most important transportation and trade infrastructure assets in the country, through air, land, rail, and sea.

Sean joined the Port Authority in February 2018. He manages the Human Capital Analytics team which is identifies, extracts, analyzes, synthesizes, and communicates information to help leaders make the best, informed decisions. The scope of his work supports all aspects of HR strategy including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Policy, Business Partners and Assessment Services.
