A Workshop so nice I'm doing it twice!

There was a huge amount of interest in the last workshop, but a number of people who were interested didn't get the chance to come.

This is your chance to come check it out this time!

If you're interested in this workshop, please be sure to register using this Zoom link:

Anyone not registered on Zoom won't receive the workshop link to attend.

Imagine what it would feel like to get rid of that pile. The one that moves around. The ones around the house that make it feel embarrassing to have people over. How would it feel to know you can manage them?

DOOM piles. Those piles of stuff without homes yet that you “didn’t organize, only moved.” If you’ve ever swept everything off a surface into a bag, a basket, or a spare room five minutes before company showed up, you’ve made one. Or the chair. You know the one. The one that you ignore except when you add to the pile on it.

Here’s the part most organizing advice skips: that pile isn’t a discipline problem. It’s what executive function avoids after a hard day. It shows up across ADHD, autism, burnout, and plain old too-much-going-on. “Just tidy up” slides right off it while feeling cutting at the same time. You already know what you need to do, but you haven’t figured out how to do it yet. And you aren’t alone.

In 45 minutes, Nurse Coach Seth covers what’s actually happening in your brain, why the usual advice fails you, and shares tips for dealing with those DOOM piles that are actually effective.

What to expect:
-Nothing to bring
-camera off is fine
-walk away with a plan that feels manageable and achievable

Thursday, August 27th, 6pm EST.
