**Please bring or wear clothing that will allow for the application of cups to limbs and back.

Course Description This one-day cupping therapy class is designed for LMTs seeking to explore cupping therapy. Throughout the day, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practical application of cupping, including safety protocols and techniques for effective treatment. 6 CEUs will be earned.

What You Will Learn:

• How cupping works: physiological effects and benefits
• Types of cups and equipment: hard plastic and silicone (pinch, stem)
• Indications, contraindications, and safety considerations
• Hands-on practice with static and moving cupping methods
• Integrating cupping into therapeutic massage and self-care routines

Course Format: Duration: 6 hours

• Format: Interactive lectures, guided demonstrations, and supervised hands-on practice
• Certificate of completion awarded at the end of class (6 CEUs)
