## 🎶 Musicians & Songwriters Club (Private & Purpose-Led)

Welcome to a private, structured music club built for grounded artists, vocalists, songwriters, poets, sound & video production technicians, engineers, producers, and collaborators
📍 This Is a Private Music Club — Not an RSVP Group
We do not use Meetup RSVPs to confirm participation. RSVPs are ignored. We screen all involvement manually through direct communication. We don’t use RSVPs. All coordination runs through our Universal Request Form.

✅ How to Participate (Respectful Creatives)
To be considered for any session, showcase, events, lodging, or collaboration or much more:

  1. 🔐 Step 1: Fill out the ID Verification Form
    This helps us keep the space clean, safe, and protected.(see below)
  2. 📝 Step 2: Fill out the Music Club Member Intake & Vetting Form
    This helps us understand your experience, goals, and the kind of support or events you’re looking for.(see below)
  3. 🎧🎤 Final Step: Quick Zoom Check-In
  4. If aligned, we’ll plug you in. If not, we’ll respectfully part ways.

### 🎧 What We Offer (Privately Arranged)

  • Collabs (writing, vocals, beats, production)
  • We match members to intentional, supportive opportunities — from private sessions and house concerts to select public events, all grounded in purpose.
  • Livestream showcases (pre-scheduled)
  • Song feedback + listening sessions
  • Recording + upload support (YouTube, Bandcamp, DSPs)
  • Artist-to-artist networking (not exploitation)
  • Live performances (in person or virtual)
  • Online open mics
  • Song demo listening parties
  • Artist-to-artist chats (Help with band formation)
  • DAW/recording collabs
  • Networking with music pros (managers, agents, engineers)
  • Engineer captures, mixes, and produces digital and audio recordings, ensuring optimal sound quality and artistic vision
  • Exporting your track using codecs and streamlining. Including Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Pandora, Soundcloud, Bandcamp, Napster, Beatport Pro, Primephonic, Mixcloud, Facebook Video, Instagram, Twitch, Gaana, and global TV Broadcast and advertising standards.
  • Help with all major music formats including Mp3, AAC, Opus and OGG Vorbis. And with Lossless formats, like WAV, FLAC, AIFF, and ALAC, preservation of the full audio data without any loss of quality during compression.
  • Support for recording & uploading music, mixing/mastering, music video production, joining unions & more

🎵 All genres and skill levels are welcome — if you show up with humility, maturity, and intention.

### ⛔ Who We’re Not Here For

We are not the place for:

  • Ego-heavy artists or people who think they’re better than others
  • People fishing for attention but not responding
  • Activism & Politics or Promoting of Political Endorsements
  • Special interest groups
  • Industry plants, exploiters, or fame-chasers
  • Ghosters, narrative flippers, or unstable actors
  • People who RSVP and disappear repeatedly
  • Those attempting to test, control, or undermine this space

If you’re showing up to play psychological games, cause confusion, or challenge how this group is being run — we will identify it quickly and you will be removed silently. This is not our first time seeing this kind of disruption.

### ⚠️ A Note on Entertainment Interference

We are aware that in some cities and creative spaces — including parts of the NYC performance loop and international circles like the Bollywood underworld — certain individuals or handlers attempt to insert themselves into clean creative communities.
Sometimes it’s passive. Sometimes it’s tactical. But we’ve seen the patterns — and we don’t allow them here.
This club is monitored. This club is protected. This club will not be flipped, diluted, or co-opted.

To help keep the space grounded and safe, all members must use a a clear, visible photo of themselves. No blank images, logos, pets, avatars, or obscured faces. ✅ Required: A clear, current photo of yourself — not a logo, mascot, or political symbol
❌ Not Permitted: Links to activist groups, political orgs, or ideological campaigns
We verify presence, not performance.
This isn’t about presentation — it’s about clarity, presence, and genuine connection.
Members will have a grace period to update profiles. If no update or clarification is received after outreach, removal may follow.

Not an audition — just a chance to hear what you’re seeking and make sure it’s the right fit.
We can work around your schedule.

These are not optional. They’re part of the safety net.

We don’t do drama, ego, chaos or big attitudes. This space runs on presence, clarity, and grounded collaboration.

If you RSVP and don’t message, you’ll be waitlisted, and if it becomes a pattern, you’ll be removed.

We’ve seen the game before: people RSVP for clout, to undermine structure, or to test leadership.

We don’t tolerate that — and we no longer explain it twice.
We’re not chasing quantity — we’re building quality.

Not everyone will make the grade, and that’s by design.

This isn’t a popularity club — or a space for those carrying a chip on their shoulder.
This is a private creative circle — grounded in integrity, presence, and purposeful collaboration.
