This is a unique opportunity to hear about the stories behind the writing process, directly from the authors! Brad Nunnally and David Farkas, co-authors of "UX Research: Practical Techniques for Designing Better Products" (O'Reilly, 2016) will speak about the 'Trials, Tribulations, and Tinctures' of the UX Writing Process.
This event will begin as an interview with the authors, to kick things off, and then an open forum Q&A—come with your questions about research methods, writing, collaborating, working with friends, etc.
Brad Nunnally (@bnunnally) is a User Experience Designer who's helped clients in the financial, healthcare management, public utilities, and pharmaceutical management industries. he identifies user needs and develops engaging experiences based on those needs.
David Farkas (@dafark8) is a User Experience Designer who has worked in consultancies of all sizes. He's crafted the design process within organizations and has also adopted and advanced existing paradigms.
