As a result of the Comcast Center being established, a resounding call was made to allow a PUBLIC ACCESS CABLE COMPANY where members of the public could vent
the their societal concerns ON AIR, either radio or television.
Since then PHILLYCAM has grown to well over 500 members.
I am one of those members, AND T.V. producer of Urban Living that is shown on
xfinity 66/966 hd; FIOS 29/
This is an invitation to be a guest on the show or member of audience...we need your
