Philanthropicode: Build Night – Shaping the Poll App Together

This Thursday (6:30–8:30 PM EDT), we’ll roll up our sleeves and keep improving the Philanthropicode Poll app — starting with a look at what members helped make happen.

• Export poll results so you can download and analyze responses.
• Add location fields (state, city, and ZIP) to responses, unlocking future mapping.
• Verify email addresses for all participants to improve data quality.

Now we’re deciding what comes next — and we’ll get straight to work on the most-wanted features from the new member poll.

Bring your laptop and curiosity — we’ll spend most of the session actually building the most-wanted features based on your votes, from heatmaps to dashboards and collaboration tools.
All skill levels welcome. Even if you’re new to civic tech, you’ll get hands-on experience with a live project turning public feedback into working software.
