From Pre-Trec to Post-Close

Alan Ceshker will be hosting an educational class going over contracts and subject to deals. I think it is imperative to attend this class. If you as investor are confident when speaking to a homeowner... you are more than likely to land the contract. I too would like to be confident in the laws regarding subject to and wraps. My personal 5 year goal is to own 3 million dollars worth of properties with 200-300k of my own money. I have seen my big dog peers and mentor succeed along side Alan Ceshker. It all starts with confidence that you receive via education. I will see you all there.
