Welcome to the Meetup group for the Philly Freeriders Snowboard and Ski Club (PFR)!
PFR is a Philly-based social snowboarding and skiing club. We organize several ski/snowboard trips throughout the country every winter/early spring and get together locally for monthly social events. Our members are younger in body AND mind, mostly in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Our experience levels vary from first timers to cliff-jumping experts. Regardless of your skill level, you are bound to find somebody you can hang with on a group trip.
We are a non traditional ski club that operates without elected positions, affiliations, membership dues, and itinerary-based trips.
Upcoming trips are listed on meetup.com. If you have any questions on them send a message to the trip host. Most overnight trips require payment to be put on the 'going' list. Trips sell out fast so make sure to get your payment in as soon as you are sure you can commit.

Go-Karting at SUPERCHARGED!
Supercharged Entertainment, 987 U.S. Route 1,, Edison, NJ, USPFR goes karting! Let's hit up the self proclaimed largest indoor go-kart track in the world: SUPERCHARGED in Edison, NJ. They offer two uniquely designed tracks, both over a quarter-mile long with 25 elevation changes. In addition they also have axe throwing.
