In Hometown Holiday players take on characters such as Dating A Jerk, Cool Single Parent, and Married To My Job as they compete to win the heart of a cheerful hometown resident who just wants to believe in the magic of Christmas. The rules are basically nonexistent, enough to provide a small amount of structure, but this RPG leans much more heavily towards storytelling, small scenes, and indulging cliches. If you've seen your fair share of holiday romcoms, you're ready to join.
