Reiki Level 1 (6-week class)

Reiki Level 1:
6-week class, meeting Thursday evenings 5:30-9pm,
Aug 3rd through Sep 7 2017*.
(*the very last class on the 7th is 6:30-9:30; all other classes are 5:30-9.)
Attending each class (six total) is required.
$210 for this Level 1 certification in traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. (This includes the cost for all materials and fees.)

In the class you develop a daily practice of self-care and meditative/spirit time (in whatever way that means to you), energetic "homework" each week, coming together to discuss and share on our weeks at the beginning of each class, learning reiki concepts, practice on self and others, developing mindfulness.... It tends to be a deeply transformative class full of gentle loving care.

I am grateful to teach and pass on to others what has been taught and passed on to me, along with my own insight as a practicing Reiki Master Teacher with close to 20 years of reiki experience. The practices of mindfulness and self-care are at the core of this Level 1 class.
