Reiki Level 1 (6-week class)

Reiki Level 1:
6-week class, meeting Tuesdays 4:30-8pm,
Feb 6th through Mar 13 2018*.
Attending each class (six total) is required.
$225 for this Level 1 certification in traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. (This includes the cost for all materials and fees.)

-History of Reiki & Principles
-Learning hands-on treatment for self
-Learning hands-on whole body treatment for others
-Weekly discussion, practice, exercises
-Level 1 attunements
-Take-home manual
-Reiki Level 1 certification
-Ongoing community

And most importantly, the gift to yourself of a heart-centered practice rooted in awareness, compassion, and mindfulness that you can share in service to others, and for your own self-care.

In the class you develop a daily practice of self-care and meditative/spirit time (in whatever way that means to you), energetic "homework" each week, coming together to discuss and share on our weeks at the beginning of each class, learning reiki concepts, practice on self and others, developing mindfulness.... It tends to be a deeply transformative class full of gentle loving care.

The practices of mindfulness and self-care are at the core of this Level 1 class.
