Reiki Level 1 (six-week class)

Reiki Level 1:
6-week class, meeting Wednesdays 5:30-9pm,
Jan 9 through Feb 13th 2018.*
Attending each class (six total) is required.**
$225 for this Level 1 certification in traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. (This includes the cost for all materials and fees.)

*Class dates are Jan 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb 6, 13.
**In some cases you may be able to join in the second week of class if you make up the first class date beforehand (before Jan 16). No one new may join once we are into the second week of class.

-Weekly discussion, practice, exercises

And most importantly, the gift to yourself of a heart-centered practice rooted in awareness, compassion, and mindfulness that you can share in service to others, and for your own self-care.

In the class you develop a daily practice of self-care and meditative/spirit time (in whatever way that means to you), energetic "homework" each week, coming together to discuss and share on our weeks at the beginning of each class, learning reiki concepts, practice on self and others, developing mindfulness.... It tends to be a deeply transformative class full of gentle loving care.

I am grateful to teach and pass on to others what has been taught and passed on to me, along with my own insight as a practicing Reiki Master Teacher with 20+ years of reiki experience. The practices of mindfulness and self-care are at the core of this Level 1 class.
