Psalms: Prayers for the Pilgrim

"Blessed are the people who know the festal shout, who walk, O Lord, in the light of your face, who exult in your name all the day and in your righteousness are exalted" (Psalm 89:15-16).

The Book of Psalms calls us to walk with God as pilgrims through this life. Every human experience is here--anger, joy, doubt, wonder, fear, hope, grief, gratitude, despair, and peace--and it all relates to the God who is worthy of praise.
