I usually make a [public comment](https://phlcouncil.com/offering-public-comment-at-council-sessions-temp/), but they are restricted to agenda items only, which is [illegal](https://www.lynnlandes.com/SunshineAct.pdf), but City Council does it anyway. In addition, comments are often restricted to 1-2 minutes, so be prepared if you want to speak. It's an impowering experience sharing your political views with your political representatives and the public at-large. It's citizenship in action!
