Wake up!!!!

Let's get the body moving real quick with a little K-Pop Cardio. Rhythmic exercise to some of our favorite K-Pop(and hip hop) tracks. Come ready to sweat and have a good time.

The class will be 45 minutes, but there will be OPEN studio time (1hr ish) for this who take the class to dance their cheeks off in a safe space and simply have a good time.

THIS IS NOT A CHOREO CLASS

However, you will be able to practice dance moves in a studio AFTER the class.

SPACE IS SUPER LIMITED (you will be bumped if you have no-showed a past event)
