Open Philosophical Discussion Night - Humanist House This Monday

Philo Agora will meet every fourth Monday at Humanist House. There will be no formal talk just open philosophical discussion. We have a guest speaker on the second Monday of the month.

One topic discussed on this night will be "The Murderer at the Door" a famous thought experiment associated with the political philosopher and statesman Benjamin Constant and his disagreement with Immanuel Kant over whether it is ever morally permissible to lie.

We have tea, coffee, biscuits available during and after the meeting.
