Join us for a deeply immersive Nervous System Reset experience, created to guide your body back into a state of safety, coherence, and regulation… while allowing you to set powerful, intentional inner shifts.
This session brings together carefully selected practices that work on both the body and mind:
• Somatic Exercises — to gently release stored tension and reconnect you with your physical awareness
• Breathwork — to regulate your nervous system and activate your body’s natural calming response
• Sensory Experience — to ground you in the present moment and deepen your internal awareness
• Sound Healing Bath — to support deep relaxation through frequency and vibration
These practices can help:
• activate the parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s natural state of rest and healing)
• support recovery, restoration, and nervous system regulation
• enhance emotional processing in a safe and guided space

• release accumulated stress and tension stored in the body
