Join us for “Where Emotions Live”, an experiential workshop designed to help you better understand the connection between your emotions, nervous system, and physical wellbeing.
Through guided exploration, practical tools, and personal reflection, you will learn how emotions can manifest within the body, how to recognize the signs, and how to safely support emotional release and regulation.
🌿 In this workshop, you will:
• Understand the difference between normal emotional responses and patterns that may indicate deeper imbalances
• Explore the relationship between emotions, stress, and physical symptoms
• Learn how to scan and read your own body with greater awareness
• Identify where emotions may be held and expressed physically
• Practice practical techniques to safely process and release stored emotional tension
• Receive a comprehensive body–emotion map to support ongoing self-awareness and healing
