Augustine's Confessions, Books 6 and 7

We continue our reading on Augustine's Confessions with a reading of Books 6 and 7. These two books describe Augustine's journey after his move to Milan: as the influence of St. Ambrose upon Augustine deepens, he considers several competing philosophical schools (neoPlatonism, especially). Also, his mother tries to get him married off.
