Plutarch - Lives of Alcibiades and Coriolanus

We continue our reading of Plutarch with a reading of Plutarch's paired biographies of Alcibiades and Coriolanus. Both these lives contain Plutarch's probing of the difficulty of the exceptional person within democratic regimes. Can the democracy survive the exceptionally talented person? How should it try to do so?
