About us
Join us for a philosophical brunch in Paris, designed for English speakers who enjoy deep conversations, meaningful exchanges, and meeting new people in a relaxed setting.
🧠 How it works
We start with 1h30–2 hours of philosophical discussion around a central theme (free will, meaning, responsibility, relationships, society, etc.).
This is not a lecture or a class — it’s an open discussion where everyone is invited to share ideas, listen, and reflect together.
🥐 After the discussion, we share a brunch in a cozy café, giving space for more casual conversations and connections.

Making friends as a child felt natural.
As adults… it often feels surprisingly hard.Philosophical Brunch is a paid gathering where we slow down, share food, and explore together the questions that shape our lives — through thoughtful and honest conversation.
This edition focuses on a theme many people quietly experience:
Adult Friendship 🤝Why does making new friends become harder as we grow older?
Are we too busy, too guarded, or simply afraid of vulnerability?
What makes a friendship truly meaningful — time, proximity, effort, or emotional depth?
And in a world full of connections, why do so many adults still feel lonely?
Through a guided philosophical discussion, we’ll explore friendship beyond small talk — looking at connection, trust, social roles, expectations, and the challenge of building real bonds in adult life.
This is a space to think together, but also to meet people who value genuine conversation.
Guiding questions will be shared in advance in a dedicated WhatsApp group so everyone can arrive feeling comfortable and inspired.
