Privacy: Can we bring it back?

The Supreme Court decided in the Griswold case that there is a right of privacy in the Constitutionn, although the word does not appear in the document. Later this led to the Roe v. Wade decision although that has now been annulled. But the Righ of Privacy presumably remains.
Yet it has now been curtailed in so many ways! What can we do?
