This session will be special—we’ll explore the story of the Swiss franc and the deeper questions it raises about value, stability, and trust.

We’ll pair philosophical reflections with insights into the franc itself—tracing its history back to 1798—to explore how a nation cultivates trust in a currency that consistently appreciates against others. We’ll also consider what long-term bond yields may reveal and how digital money and shifting jurisdictions are reshaping the meaning of asset value.

This aims to be an enlightening conversation on money, trust, and the forces shaping financial stability. We look forward to seeing you there!

**The presenter**
Costa Vayenas, CIO at Genesis Investment Partners, has 30+ years in investment management and lectures at the University of Zurich. He is the author of a book on democracy in the digital age and has published numerous reports and articles, with his work cited by *The Financial Times* and *The Wall Street Journal*.
