Join us for a transformative experience in a safe and nurturing online space. This Healing Circle is a space to explore the depths of everyday philosophy and psychology, often with a focus on stoicism and moral reflection. Participants come from all backgrounds — religious, spiritual, non-religious, academic, and simply curious minds — united by a shared interest in meaningful conversation and personal growth.
Our goal is to enhance emotional intelligence, foster connection, support one another through life’s roadblocks, and build individualized life philosophies.
Each session begins with a simple, thought-provoking philosophy question or quote to guide our discussion. We’ll share personal insights, explore timeless ideas, and engage with topics ranging from everyday challenges to discovering our deeper sense of purpose — always with openness, curiosity, and respect.
We encourage the use of collaborative rather than defensive language.
Preferred responses include:
"Yes, and..." to build on each other’s ideas
"This makes me think of..." to reflect on and connect with what’s been shared
The format is open discussion, similar to a Socrates Café: you’re welcome to jump in as you feel moved- no hand-raising needed. The space is self-regulated, with minimal guidance from the host. Participants are encouraged to be mindful of airtime, keeping contributions to under 2-3 minutes to allow space for everyone.
Ground Rules:
No name-calling or excessively defensive behavior
Avoid over-preaching or persuasive monologues
Rude or disruptive comments will be deleted
This is a space for mutual exploration, not debate. We believe in the power of collective wisdom and honest reflection to help us live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
