Democracy is not the best form of Political System. Discuss.

In this discussion we'll discuss briefly and casually about whether democracy is a good form of political system. There are a few positions one can take, but basically the proposition here is that (1) Democracy is not the best form of political system a country can take, and (2) It is not even a good form of political system (due to varying reasons, explained during the discussion). Agree or disagree?

For some basic clarity we'll differentiate between (a) political system, (b) ideology, and (c) form of government. Other words like 'good' and 'best', we'll discuss further.
