My dear friends @ M&HWB, Int’l,
Join us for a quite interesting and much needed discussion on Secularism and, security.
In a world with religious tensions high, exhausting and confusing, we will connect with a professional who would shed light on some hard questions in regards to practicing freedom from dogmatic thinking and the importance of understanding the available resources for security, etc.
These discussions are of profound importance in the process of built stronger communities/Societies and an integral part of the effort is to build trusting bridges between people and the law enforcement agencies. Building, rebuilding and strengthening this relationship is of significant importance to “Minds&HeartsWithoutBorders, Int’l” as a Secular entity aiming at creating/maintaining a safe environment for everyone particularly the ideologically openminded!
The event will be moderated.
Agenda:
- Opening session by Fika
- presentation by David : 45 minutes
- Q&A : 30 minutes.
*- Sicial Sunday event @ 9:00 pm est/6:00 pm pst

In David’s words;
“This event will provide a basic overview of the FBI (to include common misconceptions) and guidance on how people can recognize and report hate crimes to their local and/or federal authorities. It will also discuss resources available to victims, lessons learned from previous investigations, and how freethought groups can help protect themselves. An extended Question & Answer session will follow the main presentation.”

Speaker David Condo
is a retired Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He has a B.A. in accounting and finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and he is the Committee Chair of the Freethought Society's national initiative Freethinkers Supporting Safe Streets. After joining the FBI in 1999, David worked white collar crime and cybercrime investigations in Baltimore, Maryland for seven years. He was also a founding member of the FBI’s Innocent Images International Task Force and worked with law enforcement officers from Norway, Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, England, Germany, Croatia, and others on child exploitation investigations. David then worked for four years at FBI Headquarters in Washington D.C. as a program manager in the Directorate of Intelligence and the Office of Professional Responsibility. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2010 to supervise a white-collar crime squad, and in 2015 he moved to Alaska to manage the criminal investigations branch and administrative matters of the Anchorage Division before returning to his hometown of Cincinnati in 2016. As an FBI Private Sector Coordinator, David was the coordinator for three local chapters of the FBI’s InfraGard program and served as an initial point of contact for business and academia professionals. In addition, he served on the FBI’s Evidence Response Team and was an applicant coordinator overseeing all local candidates in the Special Agent hiring process. David’s first experience with the secular community was attending the Godless Americans March on Washington in 2002. Before he retired from the FBI in 2024, he started an internal group for employees named Freethinking Feds. In January 2025, the Freethinking Feds and other internal groups were shut down as a result of presidential executive orders.
