Join us as we explore, from an attitude of curiosity and appreciation, the complex world of sports. The discussion will highlight the unique and interesting perspectives that come from a close inspection of this human activity. Be prepared to think through topics such as aesthetics, ethics, group identity, international relations, and meaning‑making. Sports have had a long historical presence, and they provide an excellent lens through which to reflect on human nature.
