This session dives into cults and secret societies—the hidden architectures of belief and control. We’ll break down how ideas take hold, harden into identity, and bind people into closed worlds where authority, persuasion, and belonging blur into one force. From ancient mystery cults, fraternities and guilds to sinister high-control groups

Seduction and desire are woven deeply into psychology, aesthetics, power, persuasion, identity, and human nature itself, shaping not only romance and attraction, but the ways human beings influence, pursue, idealise, and relate to one another.

We’ll examine questions such as:

• Is seduction an art, a game, or a form of manipulation?
• What is desire?
• How does one seduce another?
• Is seduction learned, instinctive, or performative?
• What makes a person charismatic or attractive?
• Do we desire people, or the ideals we project onto them?
• Is attraction irrational?
• Why are we always chasing what we do not possess?
• Is authenticity compatible with seduction?
• What is the role of fantasy, projection, and illusion in romance
• Can genuine love exist without seduction?
• Why are confidence, mystery, beauty, status, humour, and danger so psychologically powerful?
• Are modern dating dynamics liberating or alienating?
• What is the difference between attraction, lust, intimacy, and love?
• Is seduction fundamentally biological, cultural, or existential?

Drawing inspiration from thinkers such as Plato, Friedrich Nietzsche, Søren Kierkegaard, Arthur Schopenhauer, and Simone de Beauvoir, we’ll explore seduction through philosophy, psychology, literature, and lived experience.

This session looks broadly at mental health, morality as well as the shaping forces of our environment, our culture and conditioning.

What is it to be well-adjusted? Is narcissism a trait quietly rewarded by modern society?
What causes neurosis? What causes narcissism?
Are people today over diagnosed with psychological conditions or neurological disorders?
Are sociopaths and psychopaths born naturally or formed by circumstance?
Are there natural born killers?
How do we identify manipulative, narcissistic, or psychopathic personalities?
Why are rates of anxiety, loneliness, depression, and suicide so high in the modern world?
Does modern technology amplify psychological instability and social isolation?
Are humans the only ones capable of hate and mass murder?How would an ideal society function to optimise mental health?

WIT sessions are a deep dive into a specific philosopher, school or tradition.
