What we’re about
A group for people interested in philosophy, for overthinkers who want to find their tribe, for people who want friends who go beyond the small talk to the more burning questions in life... And for people who see the humour in life – Nietszche himself judged the abilities of a philosopher on how strong their sense of humour was. As this shows a true understanding that all things change.
This group is yet to be defined so let's create a meet up group together, perhaps fortnightly, which allows like-minded people to make some friendships that hopefully last a life time.
A little about me (the organiser of this Meet Up group)... As well as philosophy, I have a background in politics but I was thinking maybe we could try to keep this meet up as apolitical as possible. I would love to be a part of a group of people interested in listening, learning, respecting, supporting, nurturing each other and most importantly having fun!
