I'm excited to introduce this new type of event to the group. Although this brewery does not have happy hour specials, I do think it is an ideal location for meeting up to discuss science over a beer. If this event is successful, I will look for other locations with happy hour specials.
Since this is the first Science Happy Hour event, I will not suggest a topic of discussion, I'll leave it open. If we continue, then I'll include various topics for each event.
