Thinking, Fast and Slow

Details

Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman

Kahneman takes us on a ground-breaking tour of the mind and explains the two systems that drive the way we think and make choices.
One system is fast, intuitive and emotional; the other is slower, more deliberative and more logical.

Kahneman exposes the extraordinary capabilities-and also the faults and biases-of fast thinking and reveals the pervasive influence of intuitive impressions on our thoughts and behaviour.

Where to meet
We will be meeting at Kingston Library, Fairfield Rd, KT1 2PS

https://goo.gl/maps/stuniZBoAbEcccyy5

Please arrive at 18:25 for a 18:30 start sharp, so we can squeeze the most discussion out of the session :)

We will wrap up around 19:50 as the library needs us out by 20:00.

There will then be an option to go for a drink at a nearby pub if anyone is interested.

As always please feel free to contact me with any questions etc, or post on the Meetup group discussion.
