For this event, we will discuss a brilliant short story -- 'A Sign in Space', which is collected in book <Cosmicomics> by Italo Calvino. The discussion will center around existence, originality, death and so on. The specific questions will be released before the event. Welcome to bring your questions and thoughts to the discussion!

After the discussion:
I would like to organize a small dinner afterward. Since this takes place during the Christmas season, it feels like a nice opportunity to continue the conversation in a more relaxed setting and enjoy a simple get-together together. You are welcome to join! I will book a table in a restaurant (I have not decided the place yet, suggestions are welcome). Please let me know whether you will join when you sign up the event.

Strategies may help the discussion:
1.Please try to answer the question or ask a more fundamental one, rather than substitute with something else.
2.Please state your point first then support it by examples/explanations. We try to stick to the main topic, if you have many ideas/examples we can talk after the event :)
3.We try to let people finish the statements. However, if you talk too long without clear main points, we will intervene.
!!! You are kindly asked to sign up for events, or at least let hosts know before you come. You will be kicked out from the group after 3 times attending without registration.
