As the year comes to a close, we often review our goals, achievements, and plans. But rarely do we pause to ask a quieter, more uncomfortable question:
What part of myself have I been avoiding—and why?
This is not a lecture.
There will be no presentation, no slides, no teaching.
Just a 30-minute open conversation where we sit with this question together—gently, honestly, and without pressure to “fix” anything.
🕙 Time: 10:00 PM onwards
Duration: 30 minutes
🗣 Format: Open discussion (listening is also participation)
This space is for reflection on:

  • The parts of ourselves we postpone facing
  • The stories we tell to stay comfortable
  • What avoidance protects—and what it costs
  • How the year shaped us in ways we didn’t plan

You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to speak if you don’t want to.
Just bring yourself—as you are, at the end of this year.
Sometimes, the most important reflection begins with the question we’ve been avoiding.
