Liability Waiver and Release
By participating in any event organized by the PHL Area Bollywood Karaoke & Classical Music Club (“the Group”), I acknowledge that music-related activities—including singing, playing instruments, and attending gatherings—carry inherent risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may result from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I release and hold harmless the Group’s organizers, hosts, and fellow participants from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of my participation in Group activities. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and belongings and agree to follow any guidelines or instructions provided by the organizers.
