Want to get together to play great Alternative/New Wave music from the '80s (mostly) for fun?

I played in several pro original '80s bands and am looking for guitarists, keyboardists, drummers and vocalists to maybe play some parties or other gigs if it's fun and we sound great!

My influences and preference would be songs by bands like the Psychedelic Furs, The Church, The Cure, Tears For Fears, Peter Murphy, REM, U2, Howard Jones, Simple Minds, Thompson Twins, Crowded House, Modern English, New Order, Joy Division, Roxy Music, Brian Eno, Bowie, Talking Heads, The Clash, Echo and the Bunnymen, , The Fixx, INXS, 20/20, Big Country, The Cars (you get it) ...The Police? ... ...The B52s? ...a choice Ramones tune or two??

80s hairdos not required. :-D Tobacco smoking, excessive drinking or taking yourself too seriously, not cool. Playing great music, very cool.
