In this 90‑minute intensive we will:

  • Map your top 1–2 time‑draining processes that are ready for automation.
  • Connect Claude to the tools you already use (email, docs, CRM or task tools where possible).
  • Build and test a live automation so you can see it run end‑to‑end before you leave the room.

Who this is for:

  • Business owners, operations leaders, and power users who have some AI experience and want to move from “assist” to “automate.”
  • No traditional coding required; we focus on no‑code / low‑code setups that your team can maintain.

Format and group size:
