Vedang Sharma of automationinterns.com is building a company knowledge base for the team's AI agency. He'll share the work in progress: how scattered documents and team knowledge can become useful context for people and AI.
The discussion covers:
- What belongs in a company knowledge base and how to organize it.
- Chunks, embeddings, vector search and retrieving the right context.
- Citations, permissions and keeping information current.
- Design choices, lessons so far and open questions.

The club's usual format includes project demos, a discussion of recent AI news, the guest session and networking. Everyone's welcome. The conversation is technical and assumes some familiarity with tools such as Claude, Codex, Gemini or Grok.
