Ricardo Jimenez is the founder and Creative Director of RJ Animation and the online learning platform, RJ Animation Workshops, designed for students in grades 6–12. With more than 15 years of experience in the animation industry, Ricardo has worked across multiple areas of animation, education, and community development.
Since 2013, he has taught as an instructor at Grand Canyon University (GCU) within the Art Design and Animation programs, along with teaching at other universities and educational institutions.
Ricardo is also the founder of the Phoenix AZ Animation Meetup and currently serves as one of the leading founders and organizers of the Phoenix Animation Expo, helping grow and strengthen Arizona’s animation and creative community, [The Phoenix Animation Expo](https://www.phxanimationexpo.com/).
