The Phoenix Cashflow Meetup Group Monthly Meetup

Come be a part of the New Initiative at the Phoenix Cashflow Meetup Group. We need your help getting out the message and the materials that will help get the Phoenix Community moving again. Our program this month will Focus on how to get back on track after foreclosure. We will discuss the Phoenix Housing market, time frames, credit scores, cash requirements, and how you can help! We will also be utilizing the CashFlow Balance Sheet/Income statement and explaining how it can be useful in developing your own personal financial plan.

Questions will be encouraged and if you are interested in participating in the project as a sponsor, mentor or future home buyer you can sign up. There is no cost to participate.

We will also discuss the Financial Education Lending Library available to attending members who sign up for it. A list of titles will be available at the meeting. CDs will be available on a first come/first serve basis and will need to be returned at the next Cashflow Meeting so others will have the opportunty to borrow the materials.

We will be playing the CashFlow game as always, starting at 2pm and wrapping up around 5 pm. The location is Charleston's Restaurant in the NE corner of Scottsdale Road and Frank Loyd Wright/Bell. New players and guests are always encouraged and will be mentored. If you have a CF game, please bring it. I have enough games to accomidate 36 players.
