About us

Existence is weird. This is a group for those seeking Truth, but never saying they have found it. We are those who value kindness, communication, peace, and love. We care about our physical, mental, spiritual, community wellbeing and most of all, we value each other. Most of us are simply trying to make sense out of this life, but never actually do.

All of our events are based on learning, connecting, joy, healing, spirituality, and wellness. All of our events are SOBER. We are a community and it takes a community to make these events happen so please come and be a part!

Events will be hosted by several practitioners:

  • Water Shepherd of Third Eye Integration, hosts events as part of our community outreach program. We believe everyone should have access to a safe community where we can come together in a very conscious way to create the world we want. We host events at the Empower House Community Gathering Space where all people are accepted and loved. We believe when people feel safe and supported, they will naturally practice kindness, feel better, increase their motivation and focus and have a reduction in anxiety, stress and depression. Did you know Third Eye Integration is a corporate consulting agency? We specialize in organizational wellness to create a thriving workplace culture! Ask how we can work with your company to provide culture evaluation, workshops, training and employee wellness services! For more information, go to https://www.thirdeyeintegration.com or call Water Shepherd at 623-986-3987. We have events that are paid and other ones that are contribution-based. All money donated has transparent use and pays for cacao, propane and the garden upkeep. We always accept donations of soil, mulch, seeds, plants and garden supplies. Please help us keep these events happening by making a donation at the event, through the registration app, through this Meetup group, through venmo @Water-Shepherd or PayPal @paypalme/thirdeyeintegration.
  • Lucy Lourdes Escbr Bldrn, a Sound Practitioner, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and mindfulness guide devoted to guiding others back to wholeness through the ancient arts of vibration, ceremony, and ancestral healing. I work with sacred sound, the power of plants, especially heart-opening cacao, and the wisdom carried through our bloodlines to create immersive journeys of deep rest, emotional release, and remembrance. Through ancient instruments, sacred song, and the medicine of our ancestors, I weave spaces where healing ripples across time, honoring the connections that flow through our lineages. A lover of music, animals, people, and cultures, I am passionate about guiding others through the healing power of dance and mindful movement. My work is a bridge between worlds, honoring the seen and unseen forces that guide us home to our truest nature. I guide weekly public and private events across the Valley. I always welcome the opportunity to connect with others.
  • Jessie Brown, a former lawyer turned coach, purpose guide, sound healer, breathwork facilitator, forest bathing guide, and meditation teacher.
