Love Echoes - Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath at Surya Yoga

Join me (Lucy), Dan, and Hana on this Valentine’s Day at Surya Yoga in Phoenix. We gather to reimagine love in all its forms. Love Echoes is a heart-centered sacred cacao ceremony and sound bath devoted to expanding our understanding of love beyond romance: into self-love, community, compassion, and the courage to stay connected through every season of life.

Guided by ceremonial cacao, we’ll open the heart space with intention, reflection, and gentle meditation. As the vibrations of crystal bowls and sound healing instruments wash over you, allow love to echo inward and outward; softening old stories, nurturing self-trust, and deepening your capacity to show up for yourself and others.

This is an evening of warmth, resonance, and remembrance: that love is a practice, a frequency, and a lifelong relationship with self and the world around us. Come as you are (solo or accompanied) and rest in a shared field of presence, connection, and redefined love.

Please Bring your own favorite mug to take ceremonial cacao! Wear comfy clothes!
