Join Lucy and Zander at a gorgeous and luscious location in East Mesa for an evening of ceremony, breath, and movement.
A 4 -hour journey designed to help you drop out of your head and back into your body.
We'll open the space with Ceremonial Cacao, a plant medicine revered for centuries for its heart-opening and grounding qualities. From there, a guided Breathwork journey will help you release tension, emotion, and stories held in the nervous system. We close by dancing it all out in Ecstatic Dance: free-form, judgment-free movement to music that takes you somewhere you didn't know you needed to go.
Whether you're new to ceremonial work or a seasoned practitioner, this evening offers a beautiful and grounding reset, a chance to reconnect with your body, your joy, and the people around you.
Doors open at 6:00pm for settling in. We will start at 6:15. There will be time at the end to connect and share.

Zander has been guiding cacao and breathwork ceremonies for six years. He brings a grounded, open presence that invites people to slow down, open up, and come home to themselves. His breathwork journeys open a door to something truly expansive and energizing, helping people clear so they become clear, worry less, and create more.

Lucy is a Peruvian-born Sound Practitioner and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. She has spent over 8 years holding sacred space for deep healing through sound, movement, and ancestral medicine. With a deep reverence for vibration and living tradition, she weaves ancient sound and ceremony into heart-opening journeys of rest, release, and remembrance. She invites people to ground into their bodies, open their hearts, and reconnect with the wisdom and healing that has always lived within them.
