Escape Room Meetup: Slaycation (North Valley Escape Room)

Join us Saturday, July 12 at North Valley Escape Room at 1:15 pm to flee a vacation home before a serial killer catches us in the escape room Slaycation (and celebrate the eve of my 39th birthday)!

The room starts at 1:30 pm, but please be 15 minutes early to check-in, sign waivers, meet your teammates, etc.! The game will last 60 minutes max.

Also, we'll be doing lunch beforehand at Famous Wok at 12:45 pm if you'd like to join! It's a 2-minute drive from North Valley Escape Room.

About the room:
You and a group of your friends and family find a slammin' deal on a rental vacation home nestled deep in the mountains. You imagine all of the s’mores you are going to make under the stars with your loved ones and without thinking twice you book your stay. After all, how could this possibly be the worst decision you ever make?

But shortly after arriving, something doesn't seem right. The idyllic scenery gives way to a sense of unease, and you begin to wonder if you've made a terrible mistake. Your worst nightmare comes true when you discover that a serial killer has been targeting those who stay at the rental home. Your life is in danger, and you must escape before the killer returns in an hour.

As you explore the vacation home, you'll encounter puzzles and clues that will help you unravel the mystery of your surroundings. But you won't be alone - the spirits of previous victims are there to help you and your friends escape before it's too late.

Can you and your loved ones work together to solve the puzzles, uncover the truth, and escape before the killer returns? With your wits and determination, you might be able to turn the worst decision of your life into a thrilling, heart-pumping adventure.

Slaycation is a fun horror-themed room. While there MAY be a few jump scares, there is also fun humor in the game. Perfect for groups of all ages... including kids and teens!

Important details:

1. We will book the spots for this room, so no planning needed!
2. This is a prepaid event, so you must pay me in advance via PayPal (@chuckaroni) or Venmo (@chuckkaplansmith). This fee includes the room charge and any applicable taxes.
3. Please arrive at the listed time. This is scheduled 15 mins ahead of the room time so that everyone can arrive, check in and sign waivers if applicable.
4. Depending on demand, we may add additional rooms, so if you don't see a spot left, please let us know!
5. No shows or last minute cancellations after the booking has been paid for will not receive refunds due to the non-refundable nature of the escape room businesses. Let us know if your plans have changed and we can attempt to find a replacement for you, but there is no guarantee.
6. If there is a cancellation/rescheduling of the event, you WILL receive refunds.
