SHADOW ARCHETYPE at High Noon! Discussion @ Changing Hands Cafe, 12-3pm June 21!

Details

Greetings,

I couldn't resist the urge to schedule this Shadow discussion at noon on the Summer Solstice. Please forgive me. We will have a reserved table in the coffee shop area.

As always, we choose a Jungian topic and start with explaining what our group is and what it is not. "In Carl Jung's theory, the shadow is an archetype that represents the unconscious, repressed, and often negative aspects of a person's personality. It encompasses unwanted qualities, desires, and experiences that are denied or suppressed by the conscious mind. The shadow is a moral problem, challenging the ego-personality and requiring moral effort to become conscious of its presence." -Google AI Overview.

Join us for a free-form discussion led by Carmen Caruso, a local counselor (MS, LMHC, LPCC, LPC) who's practice specializes in Depression, Anxiety and Trauma and PTSD.

The discussion Meetup is NOT therapy NOR counseling, in any way.
